Five Fun songs for Infant Teachers!

Just a quick little post this morning with a few links to my favourite 'go-to' songs for using with the infants!

1. The Big Pig

Rhyming can be a trick concept to grasp. Make it fun and visual! The Big Pig Song is perfect for introducing rhyming to your little ones!

2. Count to 20

I don't know what it is about this one, but the kids love it! Liven up counting time with this one!

3.Five Little Men in a Flying Saucer

This one is from Twinkl, it's a personal favourite.....counting backwards from five with the little men in a flying's just adorable!

These are great, there's one for every letter of the alphabet and they're really catchy. They differentiate between vowels and consonants, spend lots of time on pronunciation and even letter formation. The children love them. I use these videos along with my Jolly Phonics almost every day!

Another favourite of mine! 'Elephant's Have Wrinkles' is fun, full of actions and will always get even the shyest of pupils up on their feet, laughing, dancing and singing along. I use it all year round!

Happy singing!
